Abstract
Destinasi wisata Kaliwatu Group Indonesia terletak di Jalan Raya Bung Tomo No. 19, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Jawa Timur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kompetensi di Kaliwatu Grorup Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah seluruh karyawan yang ada di Kaliwatu Group Indonesia yang berjenis kelamin 26 perempuan dan 54 laki-laki maka jumlah keseluruhan adalah 80 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Karakteristik Responden, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil analisi dan pembahasan diperoleh bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kaliwatu Group Indonesia, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan di Kaliwatu Group Indonesia dan Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Kaliwatu Group Indonesia.
The Kaliwatu Group Indonesia tourist destination is located on Jalan Raya Bung Tomo No. 19, Bumiaji District, East Java. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, job satisfaction and competency in
Kaliwatu Group Indonesia. The population in this study is the total number of employees in Kaliwatu Group Indonesia, 26 women and 54 men, so the total number is 80 respondents. The analysis techniques used in this research use Validity Test, Reliability Test, Respondent Characteristics Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient (R2) and Hypothesis Testing.
