Abstract
The rapid development of modern technology has had a significant impact on human life. Process automation has arisen as an important movement in the field of technology and digitalization, helping to improve efficiency, productivity, and job quality. As a result, these advancements create new concerns, such as employment issues and income disparities. Automated processes affect not only manufacturing zones, but also agriculture, education, transportation, and banking. The associated benefits include increased efficiency, productivity, and accuracy across a wide range of operations. However, one disadvantage of over-reliance on technology is its ability to modify human skills. The move to automation brings significant issues, including disadvantages and economic inequality. As a result, a thorough description, comprehension, and prudent solutions are required to meet the complicated consequences of technology and automated progress. Only by taking a holistic and collaborative approach can humans assure that technical breakthroughs are in line with societal well-being and growth.
