Abstract

Perkembangan desa wisata sebagai objek dan daya tarik wisata akan berhubungan langsung dengan wisatawan yang di desa tradisional atau yang dekat dengan wisata atau hanya untuk kunjungan singgah dimana lokasi desa wisata ini biasanya terletak di daerah terpencil. Desa memiliki potensi untuk pengelolahan sumber daya alam yang dapat dikelolah oleh komunitas kelompok masyarakat sesuai dengan prinsip pariwisata berkelanjutan yaitu Desa Pujon Kidul, yang terletak di Kecamatan Pujon Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, lokasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif serta dominan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan.

The development of village tourism as an object and tourist attraction will be directly related to tourists in traditional villages or close to tourism or just for stopover visits where the location of this tourist village is usually located in remote areas. The village has the potential to manage natural resources that can be managed by community groups in accordance with the principles of sustainable tourism, namely Pujon Kidul Village, which is located in Pujon District, Malang Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of price, location and service quality on tourist satisfaction simultaneously and partially. The research method used is quantitative method and the sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents using a Likert scale. The results showed that price has no effect on tourist satisfaction, location has a positive effect on tourist satisfaction, service quality has a positive and dominant effect on tourist satisfaction.
