Abstract
This research aims to describe employee engagement, creativity, and employee performance, to determine the partial influence of employee engagement and creativity on employee performance, to ascertain the simultaneous influence of employee engagement and creativity on employee performance, and to identify the variables of employee engagement and creativity that dominantly affect employee performance. The population of this study consisted of 88 employees, with the sample obtained through Slovin's technique with a 0.05% error margin, resulting in a sample of 88 respondents out of a population of 113. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis. The analysis results indicate that employees have a high level of employee engagement, as reflected in their immersion in work and the atmosphere at the workplace. Employees also exhibit a high level of creativity, demonstrated by their desire to improve work performance. Employee performance falls within the good category, as evidenced by their ability to complete tasks without errors. Both employee engagement and creativity have partial effects on employee performance, with creativity showing dominant influence on employee performance
