Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether product quality,price and promotions influence Shopee consumer satisfaction in Malang City. The data used as research sources are primary and secondary data, which comes from surveys or field observations as well as direct information from original sources. The sample taken in this research was using the Lamshow formula, this is because the population in the study was not clearly defined. This research is quantitative research, where the data will be analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 23.0 software. The end of this research provides the conclusion that product quality, price and promotion influence Shopee consumer satisfaction in Malang City.
