Abstract

This study identifies and analyzes the influence of 3 main factors, namely organizational culture, employee motivation and leadership style on employee performance in the HR Section Function Unit of the Malang City Police. This study used a quantitative approach with survey and questionnaire methods as data collection instruments. The sample of this study consisted of employees who worked in the HR Section of the Malang City Police. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical techniques and multiple linear regression.The number of samples in the study used was 50 employees of the HR Section Function Unit of the Malang City Police. The research data was obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires to respondents.The results showed that Organizational Culture (X1) affects Employee Performance (Y) with a significance of 0.031<0.05. Employee Motivation (X2) affects Employee Performance (Y) with a significance of 0.001<0.05. Organizational Culture (X3) affects Employee Performance (Y) with a significance of 0.022<0.05.
