Abstract

This study aims to describe supply chain management, competitive advantage, and business sustainability at CV. Defix Unggul Jaya and to find out the relationship between supply chain management which has indicators of strategic supplier partnerships, customer relationships, information sharing, with business sustainability and competitive advantage moderation functions partially and simultaneously on CV. Defix Unggul Jaya in Malang. This type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study are employees who work at CV. Defix Superior Jaya. The sample used was 40 respondents consisting of all employees. In this study using data collection techniques used is the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis tool used is the smartPLS 4 application. The results of this study explain that supply chain management has a significant positive relationship to business sustainability and competitive advantage does not significantly moderate the relationship between supply chain management and business sustainability. What needs to be considered by the owner of the CV company. Defix Unggul Jaya is to provide product prices that are more competitive than competitors so that you will get a competitive advantage.
