Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyzed the effect of work from home and work life balance to the employe performes of Jatim Park 2 Batu, this cases field on employees of Jatim Park 2 Batu as respondents and this research used purposive sampling with 60 respondents, namely employees who worked in Jatim Park 2 Batu. The data processed in this research used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 5.532 + 0.219 (X1) + 0.540 (X2) + e, based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable variables. In the classical assumption test, there is no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity, and the data is normally distributed. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) Work From Home has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) Work Life Balance has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, it is proven that the Work From Home and Work Life Balance variables have a significant effect on employee performance.
