Abstract

This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of work culture, commitment and communication variables on employee performance at the Environmental Service Office of the Malang City Government. This research is a type of quantitative research. To obtain data in this study, researchers used primary data through questionnaires with a total of 30 employees working at the Environmental Service Office of the Malang City Government. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and determination test. The results of data analysis show that there is a simultaneous and partial effect of work culture, commitment and communication variables on employee performance at the Environmental Service Office of the Malang City Government. The work culture variable has a dominant effect on employee performance at the Environmental Service Office of the Malang City Government.
