Abstract

The title of this research is the influence of competence and work environment on the career development of the employees of the National Land Agency Office of Malang Regency. The core problem that will be displayed is how the description of the variables and the influence of the independent variables in this case, namely competence and work environment on the dependent variable in this case is career development. The sample of this study were employees of the National Land Agency Office of Malang Regency. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. So that the results of the analysis are both partial and simultaneous, competence, work environment has a positive and significant effect on career development of employees of the National Land Agency Office of Malang Regency. .
