Abstract

The title of this thesis is the Effect of Motivation, Leadership, Organizational Culture on the Perfomance of Employees of PerumdaTugu Tirta Malang. The formulation of the problem is whether there is an effect of Motivation, Leadership, Organizational Culture on the Performance of Perumda Tugu Tirta Malang? The number of sampels in this research were employes of Perumda Tugu Tirta Malang as many 80 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis tecchniques used are validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t- test, F-test, and determination analysisis. From the analysis results both partially and simultaneously Motivation, Leadership and Organizational Culture significantly influence employees performance of Perumda Tugu Tirta Malang.
