Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is related to various conditions, both internal and external, suchas wages, working hours and workload. Working wage conditions, working hours and work load have a relationship with job satisfaction with the aim of achieving the MSME vision. The researcher set the research objective, namely to determine the relationship between the influence of each variable, including work wages, working hours and workload, partially on the job satisfaction variable. This type of quantitative research wasused in this research. Primary and secondary data sources are used by researchers. There searcher determined a sample of 35 employees using a census sampling technique. A question naire with a Likert scale was the instrument for this research, including descriptive statistical analysis and the t test. This research analysis tool uses SPSS 26 For Windows application software. Based on the analysis, the researchers found theresults that each partial variable, including wages, working hours and workload, had asignificant influence on the employee job satisfaction variable at the UMKM Salad Moi,Malang City.
