Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and job satisfactionon the performance of employees of the Regional Unit Cooperative Sumber MakmurNgantang, Malang Regency. The population in this study consisted of 39 employees whoworked at the Sumber Makmur Ngantang Regional Cooperative, with a sample of 39 andusing the census method and the data analysis technique used was multiple linearregression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture variablesaffect employee performance in the Sumber Makmur Ngantang Regional Cooperative(KUD) and job satisfaction variables affect employee performance in the Sumber MakmurNgantang Regional Cooperative
