Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effect of employee training, skills and work environment on job satisfaction at the Bukpon Malang Coffee Shop with 58 employees as respondents using multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS version 27. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Google form. The sample used in this research was 58 respondents. Respondents were classified into several types of characteristics based on age, length of service and gender. The results show that employee training and skills have a partial positive effect on job satisfaction,highlighting the importance of effective training and improving individual skills. Aconducive work environment also plays an important role in increasing employee jobsatisfaction. Taken together, training, skills, and work environment have a significant impact on job satisfaction, suggesting that companies can strengthen training strategies,skill development, and work environment improvements to achieve optimal jobsatisfaction at Kedai Kopi Bukpon Malang.
