Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality, facilities andlocation on patient satisfaction at the Hasta Husada Kepanjen Special Surgery Hospital,Malang Regency. This type of research uses quantitative research, the population ispatients at the Hasta Husada Special Surgery Hospital in June 2023. 2023, namely 50people. The sampling technique in this research is a saturated sampling technique. Dataanalysis in this research uses descriptive analysis, instrument tests, classical assumptiontests, multiple regression, F test, t test, coefficient of determination. The research resultsshow that service quality, facilities and location simultaneously have a positive andsignificant effect on patient satisfaction. Meanwhile, service quality, facilities and locationhave a positive and geographically significant effect on patient satisfaction. Location is thedominant influence that influences patient satisfaction. The results of the coefficient ofdetermination show that the variables of service quality, facilities and location have agreater influence on patient satisfaction than other variables outside this research.
