Abstract

Coban Lanang merupakan destinasi wisata alam air terjun yang dipadukan dengan cafeteria men the man dengan konsep semi modern yang memberikan kesan natural namun estetik. Wisata Coban Lanang terletak di Dusun Ngujung, Desa Pandanrejo, Bumiaji sekitar 4,7 km dari alun-alun Kota Batu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana product, price, promotion dan place terhadap minat berkunjung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung yang belum pernah datang berkunjung di Coban Lanang yang berusia 18 tahun keatas sebesar 50 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi (R2), dan Uji Hipotesis.
Hasil analisi dan pembahasan diperoleh product, price, dan place berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung dan variabel place berpengaruh dominan terhadap minat berkunjung.

Coban Lanang is a waterfall natural tourist destination combined with a semi modern concept “men the man” cafe which gives a natural but aesthetic impression. Coban Lanang Tourism is located in Ngujung Hamlet, Pandanrejo
Village, Bumiaji, about 4.7 km from Batu City square. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of product, price, promotion and place on visiting intentions. The population in this study were visitors who had never visited Coban Lanang aged 18 years and over as many as 50 respondents. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with purposive sampling analysis technique. In this study using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis and discussion show that product, price, and place influence a person's interest in visiting and the place variable has a dominant effect on a person's interest in visiting.
