Abstract

Nowadays, many traditional services are turning to online platforms to improve effectiveness, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Rayzel Haircut Barbershop also follows this trend by developing a digital platform that makes it easy for customers to get information and order services. However, Rayzel Haircut still has obstacles in the lack of centralized information about what is available. Information about the location, type of service, rates, and operating schedule of the barbershop is often difficult for the public to access. This study aims to design the UI/UX design
of the application using the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method that focuses on the needs, desires, and skills of users in each stage of design in the Rayzel Haicut application later. The results of the study obtained an effectiveness score of 92%, this is something that is above average and the efficiency score also gets 0.05 per second, this shows that users can complete task scenarios quickly and the score obtained from respondents, the final SUS value is 84, which indicates a high level of acceptability. The results of this calculation place the Rayzel Haircut UI/UX design in the B grade category, which indicates that this design has met user needs well.
