Abstract

To provide work motivation to BPTD XI JATIM employees and civil servants they are given awards in the form of periodic salary increases. The screening carried out includes employee discipline promotions and a history of periodic salary increases. This system has been implemented with data on employees who received disciplinary punishment and did not receive disciplinary punishment so that the proposal will not appear for employees who received disciplinary punishment. The purpose of conducting this research is to facilitate the process of inputting data for filing management and salary data for BPTD XI JATIM employees. With the ekegaber application system.
The type of research used in this study is qualitative research. The method we use to test the e-Kegaber application is the back box testing method. Qualitative research is research that is descriptive in nature and tends to use analysis. Process and meaning are highlighted in qualitative research. The theoretical basis is used as a guide so that the research focus is in accordance with the facts in the field. In this study using sampling techniques using observation and interview methods using primary data and obtained at the East Java BPTD XI office.
The results of this research state that the webbased periodic salary increase application ekegaber application information system can help facilitate and administrative processes related to making periodic salary increase decisions that are easier and well recorded. This system also helps paperless or paperless programs because it can store digital archives on the system.
