Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational support and work-family balance in working women. This study uses an accidental sampling technique. The measuring tools used in this study were the organizational support scale (ἀ 0.77) and the work-family balance scale (ἀ 0.90). The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The result of the data significance value (p=0.00) < 0.05. The implication of this study is that there is a generalization of the location and characteristics of the research subject more broadly, to determine the significance of the results of organizational support with a more equitable family work balance. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between organizational support and work-family balance in working women. This research can provide information that the higher the organizational support obtained by working women, the more likely it will be to balance the.
