Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of internal communication and overtimeon employee loyalty, both directly and through work motivation. This researchwas conducted in the Machine Shop Department at PT SSB Plant Kuala Kencanawith a sample of 65 respondents. Data were analyzed using structural equationmodeling (SEM - PLS). The results indicate that internal communication,overtime, and work motivation have a significant direct influence on employeeloyalty. Furthermore, internal communication and overtime have a significantinfluence on work motivation. Regarding the indirect influence, the results showthat internal communication significantly influences employee loyalty throughwork motivation, while overtime does not significantly influence employee loyaltythrough work motivation.
