Abstract
This final report discussed about the impacts of self-efficacy for students who take double degree program. There are a number of benefits derived from this. They have commensurate demands such as time management, environmental adjustment, and most importantly academic achievement. Students are people who have duty to keep up their achievements. Students who attend double degree get more obligations and responsibilities. However, there are always students who stop in the middle of teaching and learning activities for some reason such as tired or intentionally quit the program. One of the main causes is self-efficacy. This may cause from several factors such as culture, gender, type of task that will be face, external incentive, status of individual in the environment, and information about self-ability. There are several aspects influence individual self-efficacy too. They are level, generality, strength, efficacy expectation, outcome expectation, and outcome value. If someone has high self-efficacy, then he will try his best to survive and complete studies, they have great strength and efficacy expectation on the task result. Otherwise, someone has low self-efficacy, he will tend to give up easily with every obstacle he goes through.
