Abstract

Organizations need human resources such as system administrators to achieve their goals. One aspect that needs to be considered system management is performance, leadership, interpersonal communication, and other aspects in order to function effectively. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance. This research is quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 120 staff employees at PT. Agrindo's Core Bio. The sampling technique uses a sampling technique saturated with measuring instruments of employee performance scales and interpersonal communication scales in the form of Likert scales. The results of the hypothesis test using simple linear regression analysis showed that there was an influence of interpersonal communication on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and an effective contribution value of 60.1%.
