Abstract

The development of information technology facilitates financial transactions, but the security of the Bangbeli application is a critical issue that can be overcome by implementing the Electronic-Know Your Customer (E-KYC) feature to increase user trust. The purpose of this study is to get a clear understanding of the process of implementing the E-KYC feature in the Bangbeli application and the results of the E-KYC feature trial process where this research was conducted at PT. Doa Anak Digital. This study uses the agile development method approach with 6 phases, namely: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and review. At the requirements stage, research will be carried out on the requirements nEded to implement this E-KYC feature, then at the design stage, writing a flow framework on the concept by creating UML and wireframes for making E-KYC features, then during development, coding and E-KYC feature projects are carried out, after that testing is carried out to find gaps errors or bugs in the E-KYC feature system using the blackbox testing method, after that deployment is carried out to deploy and implement it to the Bangbeli application, and finally a review is carried out to evaluate the results of this E-KYC feature. The author takes a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with selected sources to get input and criticism to ensure that the E-KYC feature can improve user account security.
