Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job rotation and job performance on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at PT Telkom Malang, especially on organic employees. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to organic employees of PT Telkom Malang, totaling 38 people as research respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression equation yields Y = 12.580 + 0.275X1 + 0.422X2 + e.
Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that job rotation and job performance simultaneously had a significant effect on organizational commitment in the amount of 0.000 <0.05 with a calculated f value of 11.347 > f table 2.87. Partial job rotation has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment with a regression coefficient value of 0.275 with a significance value of 0.184 with a t-count value of 1.355 < t-table 2.032. And work performance partially has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment with a regression coefficient value of 0.422 with a significance value of 0.054 with a t-count value of 1.995 < t-table 2.032. To increase organizational commitment to employees, company management needs to plan regular work rotation programs, maintain good employee performance, and provide assistance in solving problems faced by employees.
