Abstract
In improving current performance, problems with organizational culture, job stress, and job satisfaction are often found. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and work stress on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of PT Taspen (Persero) Denpasar branch office. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, with a total sample of 35 employees. Data collection techniques use questionnaires which are shared online. Data analysis techniques using SPSS assistance, data testing techniques in this study using data analysis validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical test, classic assumption test and path analysis (path analysis).
