Abstract

In this era of globalization, the times are getting faster, not only giving negative or positive impacts. One way that can be done to continue to make updates to the government system that has been running so far is to improve the quality of human resources, and empower human resources, especially by providing encouragement or motivation to the individuals involved. In its operations, human resource management is not only related to the person, but includes the establishment of an appropriate work environment to create comfort for employees. In achieving good performance and creating high achievements to achieve competitive advantage, of course, employees are required to also have high performance capabilities. Provide motivation and enthusiasm.
This study aims to determine the influence of work environment and cleanliness factors on the performance of Ghanjaran Park Tourism employees. The sampling technique in this study uses saturated sampling or census sampling many as 50 respondents, and using interviews, questionnaires, observation, and literature studies. For data analysis techniques in this study using the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and dominant test using SPPS for Windows version 26.0
Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Work Environment and Factor Hygiene simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Ghanjaran Tourism Park employees, with a value of Sig. 0.032 <0.05 while some of the Work Environment gets a Sig. 0.047 <0.05, which means that the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of Ghanjaran Tourism Park employees and the Hygiene Sign factor. 0.040 <0.05 which means the Hygiene Factor has a significant effect on the performance of Ghanjaran Tourism Park employees. Apart from that, from the variables of Work Environment Factors and Hygiene Factors, the most dominant variable is the Cleanliness Factor on the performance of Ghanjaran Tourism Park employees.
