Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Individual Competence, Organizational Support and Management Support on Employee Performance of Agro Commerce Cooperative (KAN) Jabung Malang Regency. The population in this study consisted of 70 employees working at the Agro Commerce Cooperative (KAN) Jabung Malang Regency, with a sample of 70 and using the census method, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the description of the picture of this study state that the independent variable of individual competence has the highest average score (mean) on all indicators of other independent variables with answers strongly agreeing more. Thus the Agro Commerce Cooperative (KAN) Jabung Malang Regency is very good. The results of this study indicate that Individual Competence, Organizational Support and Management Support simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Agro Commerce Cooperative (KAN) Jabung Malang Regency. Partially, the variables of Organizational Support and Management Support have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Agro Commerce Cooperative (KAN) Jabung Malang Regency, but Individual Competence has no significant effect on employee performance at the Agro Commerce Cooperative (KAN) Jabung Malang Regency.
