Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of education level, work quality and work experience on employee work productivity, to analyze the effect of education level on employee work productivity, to analyze work quality on employee productivity, and to analyze the effect of work experience on employee work productivity in Department of Industry and Trade, Malang district. This type of research is quantitative in the form of primary data obtained through questionnaires filled out by employees of the Malang Regency Industry and Trade Service, and secondary data obtained from various library materials, in the form of journals, books, articles and previous research. Data collection used a simple random sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 78 respondents. This research uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method with the help of SPSS (version 23.00). Data analysis techniques in this research use Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, t Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination. Partially, the level of education has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Partially, work quality has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Partially, work experience has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Simultaneously the level of education, quality of work and work experience have a significant influence on the work productivity of employees at the Malang Regency Industry and Trade Service.
