Abstract
The purpose of this research, to analyze training need analysis and career development on employee performance at RSUI Madinah Kasembon. This study uses quantitative methods by processing primary data through questionnaires with a population of all permanent employees totaling 50 employees. The sampling technique used is quota sampling with criteria given to all permanent employees except medical personnel, namely doctors at RSUI Madinah Kasembon. Then the number of samples is 35 respondents according to the criteria. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed indirectly via googleform. While the data analysis technique is processed using SPSS 25. This analysis includes validity test, reliability test, t-test, f-test, classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicolinerity, and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that training need analysis and career development simultaneously had a significant and positive influence on employee performance at RSUI Madinah Kasembon. The partial test shows that the training need analysis variable (X1) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance because the significant value is 0.000 <0.05 with a t value of 4.430> 2.037 t table. While the career development variable (X2) has a significant and positive effect on employee performance because the significant value of 0.045 <0.05 with a t value of 2.087> 2.037 t table value. In conclusion, training need analysis is a variable that has a dominant effect in influencing employee performance at RSUI Madinah Kasembon, so the more training need analysis the company provides to employees, the more employee performance at RSUI Madinah Kasembon will increase.
