Abstract
This research aims to analyze the significant influence of organizational culture variables,education level, and compensation on employee performance at PT. Magnum AttackIndonesia. The sampling technique in this research is a saturated sample, with a total of50 respondents to be determined as the research sample. Data collection techniquesthrough distributing questionnaires directly to each employee. Data analysis techniquethrough the SPSS 25 program. The results of research and data analysis throughhypothesis testing show that the calculated f value is 48.750 with a significant value of0.000 < 0.05, it can be stated that the variables of organizational culture, level ofeducation and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect. onemployee performance, thus the hypothesis is accepted. The results of the hypothesistest (t test) show that, partially, organizational culture has a positive and significant effecton employee performance, with a calculated t value of 2.086 and a significant value of0.043 <0.05, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Partially, the educational level variable hasa positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t value of3.592 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Partially,the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance,with a calculated t value of 6.605 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, thus thehypothesis is accepted. Based on the research results and hypothesis testing, it can beconcluded that the most dominant results in this research are the compensation variable
