Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on the Performance of Employees of the Plant Reporting Department of PT BUMA Tanjung Redeb, East Kalimantan. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear analysis, using the SPSS program. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Google form. The sample used in this research was 87 respondents. Determination of the sample in this study used random sampling. Respondents were classified into several types of characteristics based on age, years of service and gender. The results of this research state that Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance and Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Employee Performance.
