Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine the influence of teamwork on employee performance (2) ) determine the influence of communication on employee performance (3) determine the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of the City Library and Archives Office Probolinggo (4) ) determine the influence of teamwork, communication and work environment on the performance of employees of the City Library and Archives Office Probolinggo (5) undestand the variables that most dominantly influence the performance City Library and Archives Office Probolinggo. The sample was taken using a saturated sample method, with a population of 48 employees. The collection method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis methods used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis test. The results of the research are that partially (1) teamwork has a significant effect on employee performance (2) communication has a significant effect on employee performance (3) the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the City Library and Archives Office Probolinggo (4) simultaneously shows that teamwork, communication and work environment on the performance of employees of the City Library and Archives Office Probolinggo (5) the communication variables is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance, this shows that all measurement indicators will directly influence the performance of employees of the City Library and Archives Office Probolinggo.
