Abstract

This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of work motivation andtraining variables on employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat of Nagekeo Regency,East Nusa Tenggara. This research is a type of quantitative research. To obtain data in thisstudy, researchers used primary data through questionnaires with a total of 31 employeerespondents working at the DPRD Secretariat of Nagekeo Regency, East Nusa Tenggara.The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The analysis used includes validitytest, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and determination test. Theresults of data analysis show that there is a simultaneous influence of work motivation andtraining variables on employee performance at the Secretariat of the DPRD NagekeoRegency, East Nusa Tenggara. The variable of work motivation partially has a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance at the Secretariat of the DPRD, NagekeoRegency, East Nusa Tenggara. The training variable partially has a positive andinsignificant effect on employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat of NagekeoRegency, East Nusa Tenggara. The variable of work motivation has a dominant effect onemployee performance at the Secretariat of the DPRD, Nagekeo Regency, East NusaTenggara
