Abstract

Human resources play an important role in improving the company's progress,one of the actions so that employees do not have turnover intention is to pay attention toworkload and job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect ofworkload on turnover intention and the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable foremployees at PT Magnum Malang City partially and simultaneously. The researchconducted is research using quantitative methods. The determination of the researchsample used total sampling so that a sample of 50 respondents was obtained. The datacollection technique used by researchers is a questionnaire. The data analysis methodused is path analysis (Path Analysis). The research results prove that 1). workload affectsTurnover intention of employees at PT. magnum poor city . 2). workload has no effect onjob satisfaction of employees at PT. Magnum poor city. 3) job satisfaction has no effecton turnover intention 4) job satisfaction has no effect on turnover intention which ismediated by job satisfaction.As for what the leadership needs to pay attention to, namely increasing jobsatisfaction by paying attention to employee workload and giving bonuses so that itsupports enthusiasm at work
