Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing incentives, work productivity, and management systems on job satisfaction, It analyzes the impact of implementing incentives on job satisfaction, the effect of work productivity on job satisfaction, and the effect of management systems on job satisfaction. The population in this study is all employees of the Front Office Star Hotels in Sidoarjo, with a total of 130 employees. Determination of the number of samples based on the Slovin formula, in order to obtain a total sample of 98 respondents. Data analysis techniques using the F test, t-test, and multiple regression analysis.
The results of the analysis show that the application of incentives, work productivity, and management systems simultaneously affect job satisfaction. The application of incentives affects job satisfaction. Work productivity affects job satisfaction. The management system influences job satisfaction.
