Abstract

This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of compensation, performance management and information technology variables on employee performance in the Sukun District Office, Malang City. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, the number of samples used was 36 employees. The collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed directly to the respondents, while the data analysis used SPSS 25. The results of the analysis showed that the compensation and performance management variables had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. While information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the findings above, the Sukun District Office of Malang City needs to increase compensation, improve performance management and increase the use of information technology through encouragement to achieve goals, improve existing facilities, increase understanding and establish good relationships.
