Abstract

This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of the Facility, Quality of Human Resources and Work Environment variables on employee performance at the West Manggarai Regent's Office. This research is a type of quantitative research. To obtain data in this study, researchers used primary and secondary data through questionnaires with a total of 76 employee respondents working at the West Manggarai Regent's Office. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and determination test. The results of data analysis show that there is a simultaneous and partial effect of the variable facilities, the quality of human resources and the work environment on employee performance at the West Manggarai Regent's Office. The facility variable has no significant effect on employee performance at the West Manggarai Regent's Office. The variable quality of human resources has a dominant influence on employee performance at the West Manggarai Regent's Office.
