Abstract
This research was conducted to determine and test the effect of the variables Commitment, work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees of PT PELNI Surabaya Branch. The approach used in this research is to use a quantitative approach. The population used was all employees of PT PELNI Surabaya Branch, totaling 57 respondents consisting of several sections, namely the Commercial section as many as 9 people, the operational and service section as many as 11 people and the fleet section as many as 9 people, the Administration Section 13 people and the Middle Staff section 8 people, and the coordinator of the terminal point 7 people. The data source for this research was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents to obtain primary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis technique which aims to determine how much influence the Commitment, work discipline and work environment variables have on employee performance. Meanwhile (f test) is used to test whether this research is feasible or not used for research. The results of the t test in this study indicate that the Commitment variable has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance.
