Abstract

The aims of this research are 1). To determine the effect of compensation and work ethic simultaneously on employee performance at PT.Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) Pasuruan City. 2). To determine the effect of partial compensation on employee performance at PT.Boma Bisma Indra (persero) 3). To determine the effect of work ethic partially on employee performance at PT.Boma Bisma Indra (persero). The number of research samples was 64 respondents. Analysis technique used is the Quantitative Descriptive Analysis Technique with the help of a computer system (SPSS version 16). Compensation variable hypothesis has a significant effect on employee performance. This is shown from the results of the tcount > ttable (11.427 > 0.246) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus the hypothesis is accepted, which means there is a significant influence between compensation on employee performance at PT. Boma Bisa Indra (persero). The work ethic variable has a significant effect on employee performance. With the t test which produces tcount > ttable (5,914 > 0,246) with a significant level of 0.035 <0.05. Thus the hypothesis is accepted, which means there is a significant influence between work ethic on employee performance at PT. Boma Bisma Indra (Persero). Based on the results of the f test for the variables of Compensation and Work Ethics simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. Boma Bisma Indra Persero. This is evidenced by the results of the fcount test of 390,081 with a significant value of 0,000 <0.05.
