Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives, leadership style, and work environment partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees in the electrical department of PT. PG Rajawali I, PG Krebet Baru Unit. Respondents in this study were all employees of the electrical department, totaling 50 employees using a saturated sample, the data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study show the F test simultaneously variable incentives, leadership style, and work environment together - both have a significant effect on employee performance variables. And the T-test shows partially that the leadership style variable has a positive effect of 0.177 with a significant value of 0.046 on employee performance and the work environment variable has a positive effect of 0.487 with a significant value of 0.000 on employee performance. The variable that has the dominant influence on the performance of the employees of the electrical department of PT. PG Rajawali I PG Krebet Baru Unit is the Work Environment variable (X3).
