Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Quality of Work Life dimensions consisting of Work Restructuring, Reward System, and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Malang Branch. This type of research is quantitative. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire according to the Slovin formula to 49 respondents. Data analysis techniques using the SPSS version 26 program which includes validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and t test. The results of this study indicate that the Quality of Work Life dimension consisting of Work Restructuring, Reward System, and Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance of PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Malang Branch both together and individually.
