Abstract
This study aims to determine how the influence of supervision, workload, and career development on employee job satisfaction at PT. Super Poultry Jaya Malang Unit.
This study used quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to obtain data. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis was used to measure the effect of the independent variable Supervision (X1), workload (X2) and career development (X3) on the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction (Y) using SPSS software version 25.0. The number of samples is 72 employees. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Super Poultry Jaya Malang unit. Determination of the sample using a saturated sample technique which takes the entire existing population.
The test results show that: 1). Monitoring variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The test results were tested through the t test and obtained tcount > ttable of 2.822 > 1.995 with a significance value of 0.006 <0.05. 2) Workload (X2) has no effect on job satisfaction. The test results were tested through the t test and obtained tcount < ttable of 1.135 <1.995 with a significance value of 0.260 > 0.05. 3) Career Development (X3) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The test results were tested through the t test and obtained tcount > ttable of 3.555 > 1.995 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. 4) The variables of supervision, workload, and career development have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The test results were tested through the F test and obtained Fcount > Ftable of 21.144 > 2.74 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
