Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an influence of management knowledge on the effectiveness of the performance of the Malang village government development center employees. The authors of this study investigated their investigation of staff at the Malang Village Government Development Center. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Malang Village Government Development Center, totaling 60 employees. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The power analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on research findings and discussion, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Knowledge Management has a positive and significant effect on performance effectiveness, this indicates that better knowledge management can improve employee performance effectiveness; 2) Competence of human resources has a positive and significant effect on performance effectiveness, this shows that the better the competence of human resources at the Village Government Center in Malang will be able to increase the effectiveness of employee performance.
