Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, motivation and work discipline on employee performance and to find out and analyze among the variables of work environment, motivation and work discipline that have a dominant influence on employee performance. The sample in this study were 68 people. The analysis technique uses Instrument Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. It turns out that the work environment, motivation and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. The results of the second hypothesis test with regression t test obtained tcount on the work environment variable (X1) of 2,418 meaning a significant effect on employee performance, tcount on motivation variable (X2) of 2.265 meaning a significant effect on employee performance, tcount on work discipline variable (X3) of 3,343 means that it has a significant effect on employ performance. This shows that if the work environment and motivation are high and supported by high work discipline, it will improve employee performance. It turns out that work discipline has a dominant effect on employee performance, which means that work discipline has a major effect on employee performance which aims to improve performance and the goals to be achieved together within a company.
