Abstract

The research was conducted at the Nusantara Prigi Fishing Port using the work environment, leadership style and work motivation as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. The population in this study were employees of the Nusantara Prigi Fishery Port, totaling 61 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is a census technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the work environment partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.003, Leadership Style partially had no effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.886 and work motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.005. Work environment variables, leadership style and work motivation simultaneously or jointly have a significant effect on employee performance variables with the F test results of 21.691 and a significance level of 0.000.
