Abstract

In an agency or organization, one of the most important assets is the role of human resources. The role of humans needed for agencies is to be able to achieve good work performance, factors that can affect employee performance are work ability factors, work motivation factors and work environment factors. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of work ability, work motivation and work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees at the UPT Office of Fishery Port, Pondok Dadap Beach, Malang. This research uses quantitative research. Using a population of 62 respondents, including employees at the Pondokdadap Coastal Fishing Port Office, Malang. Determination of the number of samples used is the census or saturated sampling method which uses a sample of 62 respondents. Using observation data collection techniques, questionnaires / questionnaires, and documentation. While the tools to analyze using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical hypothesis testing and hypothesis testing using the SPSS application. The results obtained from the study stated that work ability, work motivation and work environment did not have a joint or simultaneous influence on employee performance at the Pondok Dadap Beach Fishing Port Office, Malang. The work ability variable does not have a partial influence on the employee performance variable at the Pondokdadap Coastal Fishing Port office in Malang, the work motivation variable does not have a partial effect on the employee performance variable at the Pondokdadap Coast Fishing Port office in Malang and the work environment variable has a partial influence on the variable. employee performance at the Pondokdadap Coastal Fishing Port office in Malang
