Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of Manpower, Investment and One-StopServices in Malang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect ofemployee solidarity, characteristics and organizational culture. The type of research usedis quantitative research methods. The population in this study were employees of theMalang City PMPTS Office. The number of samples used in this study were 65 peopleusing the census method. Data collection techniques using the questionnaire method.The results of this study indicate that the employee solidarity variable has a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance, organizational characteristics variables havea positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culturevariables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
