Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of work environment variables, leadership style and commitment to employee performance at the Malang City Environmental Service. This research is a type of quantitative research. To obtain data in this study, researchers used primary data through questionnaires with a total of 68 employees working at the Malang City Environmental Service. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and determination test. The results of data analysis show that there is a simultaneous and partial effect of the work environment, leadership style and commitment variables on employee performance at the Malang City Environmental Service. The work environment variable has a dominant effect on employee performance at the Malang City Environmental Service
