Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human capital (X1), information capital (X2) and organizational capital (X3) on employee performance (Y) simultaneously and partially. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population and samples in this study amounted to 69 structural employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang.
This study uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, so that it can be seen how far the application of human capital, information capital, organizational capital and employee performance is achieved at the sig level. < 0.05 or F count > F table and t count > t table. Based on the tests conducted, it shows that Organizational capital (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang. While the variables human capital (X1) and information capital (X3) have no effect on employee performance (Y) PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Malang
The company is expected to be able to maintain and improve the performance of its employees, because it can have a significant simultaneous effect (F) but partially only the human capital variable that influences it. It is also expected that employees can make maximum use of all existing infrastructure and the potential that exists in employees to improve their performance at a very good level.
