Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Electronik Word Of Mouth dan Citra Destinasi terhadap Minat Berkunjung wisatawan pada Kaliwatu Rafting kecamatan Bumiaji Kota Batu. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Electronic Word Of Mouth dan Citra Destinasi sebagai variabel bebas, sedangkan Minat Berkunjung adalah variabel terikat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dimana, metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan
menggunakan teknik pengumpulan berupa angket atau kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan cara Probablity sampling dengan menyebarkan link kuesioner kepada responden dalam bentuk google form dengan jumlah 100 responden. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan regresi linear berganda menggunakan bantuan SPSS untuk perangkat lunak windows. Berdasarkan hasil olah perangkat lunak SPSS didapatkan hasil bahwa secara parsial Electronic Word Of Mouth/EWOM dan Citra Destinasi berpegaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap terhadap minat berkunjung dan secara simultan atau bersamaan Elecctronic Word Of Mouth/EWOM dan Citra Destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berkunjung dengan nilai fhitung>ftabel atau 101,863 > 2,358, dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,1. Disisi lain Citra Destinasi lebih berpengaruh dominan terhadap Minat Berkunjung.

This reseach is aiming to know how much the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth and the image of destinations to interest visiting tourists at Kaliwatu Rafting Bumiaji District Batu City. The variable used is Electronic Word Of Mouth and
Improved Destination as a variable is free, while visiting interest is the bound variable. This research is a quantitative study where, the method used is quantitative method using the technique of collection in the form of questionnaire
or questionnaire. Sampling techniques in this study use the probablity sampling way by spreading the questionnaire link to the respondent in the form of Google Form with the number of 100 respondents. The analysis used is to test the validity, reliability, classical assumption test, mortged testing and multiple linear regression using SPSS help for Windows software. Based on the results of SPSS software, the resulting partially electronic word of mouth / ewom and the image of
destination positive or significantly against the interest of visiting and simultaneously or simultaneously electronic word of mouth / ewom and the image of destination positive and significant influence on visit the interest in value Fhitung > Ftable / 101,863> 2.358, and significant level 0.000 <0.1. On the other hand of destination imagery is more dominant influence on visit interests.
